Project Description:

Uganda has witness a rapid growth in the uptake of ICT services and the associated use of consumer information communication electronic devices (device) like; phones, television sets, radio receivers, computers among others. However, there is limited information on end of life management practices of these devices both at individual end users level and corporate entities. This academic research which is conducted within a research collaboration framework between academia and Uganda Communication Commission (UCC) seeks to document the state of art and practices of end of life management of ICT consumer devices in Uganda
