Dr. Drake Patrick Mirembe (PhD) is an Information Systems Security expert with over 18 years of experience spanning academia, research, innovation, and industry. A PhD graduate of the University of Groningen, The Netherlands, he has pioneered several innovation initiatives, including founding the Microsoft Innovation Center Uganda, the Centre for Innovations and Professional Skills Development at Makerere University, and the Centre for Innovation and Business Incubation at Uganda Technology and Management University.
