Abstract
The MasterCard Foundation Grant is providing funding for the evaluation of the Ministry of Education and Sports (MoES) Learning Management System (LMS) to assess its impact on student learning and support for teachers' continuous professional development. Accordingly, this interview protocol is designed to gather insight from key stakeholders (Developers, Users, MoES staff, NCDC, NITA-U, Teachers Union, eLearning Officers) who has interfaced with the existing LMS on the effectiveness of the LMS to support students and teachers and their opinion on the desired features of a robust and resilient LMS in line with the MoES curriculum at primary and secondary level. The explorative interview protocol is structured around six key pillars, which are described below: Functionality for students, functionality for teachers, technical operations, accessibility, data privacy and protection, and desired future for a robust LMS for MoES.
